  4. Tamika,

Happy World Chocolate Day!!! I am an avid chocolate lover and even though I am trying to lose weight I still can’t rid myself of my chocolate cravings especially during my woman time. LOL!! Now I am not a fan of dark chocolate at all but those chocolate peanut butter banana bites really look and sound yummy, can I substitute the dark chocolate with milk chocolate?

    1. Hi Kristena, thank you for your comment. The bites are really delicious. As you’re not a fan of dark chocolate which I can understand (it can be an acquired taste), it has great health benefits that you definitely want to take advantage of, consider mixing milk and dark chocolate to start. Let me know how you find it.
